Approach

As a licensed and board-certified therapist, I have the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique, with their own strengths, experiences, and challenges. I use a holistic approach in my practice, understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. I believe that true healing comes when we look at the whole person and work to create balance and well-being in all areas of life.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. These areas can impact every part of life, but I’m here to help you navigate them with a compassionate, strength-based, and solutions-focused approach. Together, we’ll collaborate to identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and create a treatment plan that works for you. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but rather to walk alongside you as we uncover the tools and resources within you to move forward in a positive direction.

One thing that is very important to me is creating a safe, affirming space for everyone, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice is fully inclusive, and I approach all identities with respect and affirmation.

When I work with children, I also like to engage caregivers in the therapeutic process. I believe that supporting the whole family unit helps to create lasting change and provides the tools parents and caregivers need to best support their child. I will work with you to understand your child’s needs, as well as equip you with practical strategies to foster emotional growth and resilience at home.
